Animals
First street near rue Bignonia: Two small dogs were at large, attacking other animals around 1:45 p.m. Wednesday.
Marin Street: A man repeatedly visited a woman’s home and threatened her and her dogs on Wednesday night. He was tall, slim, and in his 30s on a bicycle, carrying bags and things.
Solano Street: A white and brown dog was at large at the intersection with Toomes around 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Crosby Lane: The youngsters scared the dogs on Wednesday by shooting BB guns at a fence.
Arrests
Elijah Benjamin Bennett: 20, from Stockton was arrested Wednesday and charged with unlawful sex with a juvenile 3 years younger. No deposit has been set.
Belinda Nai Chiow Saechao, 26, of Red Bluff was arrested and charged with causing bodily harm to a spouse or partner.

Solano Street: At Sav-Mor Foods, a Ford sedan was in a hit-and-run with a cart corral around 8 a.m. Wednesday.
Disturbances
Avenue Edith: A man threw a rock through a window and broke into a residence around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, causing $ 300 in damage. The family of eight ran outside, saying the suspect was still inside. The man fled south on Edith and east on North Street before entering the dead end of Rio Grande Court where he was taken into custody with a taser.
Wyndhaven Drive: A neighbor threatened to injure a construction crew over a property line issue.
Fig Lane: Around 7 p.m. Wednesday, a girl got into a fight with her parents over confiscated controlled substances.
Walnut Street: Customers were harassed in the One Stop gas station area around 6:45 a.m. Wednesday.
Main Street: A resident of Villa Columba did his business on the balcony and it’s an ongoing problem.
Mistrustful
Solano Street: A man in a gray shirt and white and black checkered shorts with an orange bandana entered the Corning health care district around 9:40 a.m. on Wednesday and was combative with staff.
Toomes Avenue: A large reel of cable was in the cove near the store near Corning Skate Park.
Walnut Street, near Johnson Street: A slender man in shorts with a white bag illuminated vehicles as he passed.
Block 1100, rue Aloha: At around 8:45 p.m. Wednesday, a campfire was burning in the creek.
Flights
Dale Avenue: Four people in a silver four-door were taking items from a residence that had recently been evicted at around 7:45 p.m. Wednesday.
Solano Street: A fake $ 20 bill was reported to Chevron.
Youth
Cascade Avenue: A youth was reported around 1 a.m. Thursday morning for sneaking up and running away with a girl who allegedly fled South Jackson Street. The girl is 5’4 ” and 110 pounds with blonde, curly shoulder length hair, wearing jeans and a t-shirt.
